About the Park

~Kasilof RV Park is located approximately 15 miles south of Soldotna, AK. Turn left at the Sterling Highway mile 110.1 on Johnson Lake Road (across from Central Emergency Facility). Follow the signs on Johnson Lake Road past Tustumena Lake Road to the next left, Crooked Creek Road.  Drive 1/4 mile south to the entrance of Kasilof RV Park (21377 Crooked Creek Road on your GPS).

Campsites 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 15 have full hook-ups and most are pull-throughs. Each of the sites are separated by natural areas of wildflowers, berries and some trees. Most of the pull-through sites are capable of holding large RVs plus a vehicle. The sites are roomy and some have views of Johnson Lake across the road.

Campsites 9 through 13 in the second row have water and electricity and are more secluded than the front row with alders, large birch and cottonwood trees.  Two of the five are a pull-through.

The park has trash barrels at the back of the Lodge building  for use of registered campers at no cost.  Please do not dump anything after dark.

The Lodge has both men’s and women’s bathrooms and three individual showers which will be open during the daytime and is handicap accessible. There are no additional charges for restrooms or showers.

In addition, there is a laundry area with two washers and two dryers for the guests convenience. A campground firepit is available behind the Lodge. Open to guests daily and firewood is provided.

We do require a non-refundable deposit for holding your reservation.  The deposit for a summer reservation is 10%, for a month-$100 deposit, and for a week-a $50 deposit. Weekly reservations are 7 days, monthly reservations are 31 days and summer reservations are from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
